Cricway io or cricway.app? Two lobby screens share one name, and your ID belongs to one of them
· checked by Ishita Dhupar
Cricway io and cricway.online show one lobby screen; cricway.app and cricway.games show a different one. Your username belongs to the screen it was created on, so the address to use is simply the one where that account was born — and you can tell which screen you are on before typing anything, by the colour of the header and the name of one button.

How do I tell the two Cricway screens apart?
Three things differ, and all three are visible on the first screen without logging in:
| check | dark screen (.online, .io) | white screen (.app, .games) |
|---|---|---|
| header colour | near-black | white, with a search bar for sports, games or teams |
| second button | red Sign up | green Register |
| match times | marked MSK (Moscow time) | shown as AM/PM |
| how accounts start | you create one yourself | a line under the sports list says to contact someone if you have no account |
Neither screen says that it shares accounts with the other. Treat them as two separate lobbies that happen to wear the same name, and you will stop losing logins between them.
Is cricway.io the same lobby as cricway.online?
On 5 October both opened the same dark screen: the same header buttons, the same row of sports tabs, the same casino shelves underneath. Searchers type the shorter form in many ways — "cricway io", "cricway .io", even "cricway oi" when the letters swap on a phone keyboard — and all of them mean this pair. The same goes for cricway.app and cricway.games: one white screen behind two addresses.
People also type "cricway .com". None of the addresses that Google India returns for the brand ends in .com, so a .com page that asks for your Cricway password is one you should test before trusting, not after.
What should the address bar show before I type my password?
Read the bar letter by letter, because copies live on near-spellings:
- The brand word exactly: c-r-i-c-w-a-y. Not "crickway", "cricwey" or "cricway-login" with an extra word in front.
- The ending you signed up on. .online, .io, .app or .games — whichever was in your first message or your bookmark.
- Nothing after the address that asks for more. A real lobby wants a username and a password. If the next screen wants your UPI PIN, card digits or a bank OTP, you are no longer looking at a login page.
One honest test costs nothing: copies cannot show your balance. If you log in and the wallet, open bets and history are exactly as you left them, you are in the right place. If the page asks you to deposit before it will "unlock" your account, leave.
What do I do when my Cricway address stops opening?
Addresses for lobbies like this one change or get blocked on some networks, so plan for it before it happens:
- 1Bookmark the address that works today, on every device you use.
- 2If it stops loading, try mobile data instead of Wi-Fi, or the other way round, before you assume it is gone.
- 3Ask the source of your ID. If a person or a WhatsApp number gave you the account, that is where a new address should come from — not a Telegram channel announcing a "new link".
- 4Do not make a second account to get back in. A fresh account on another screen starts at zero and does not see the old balance.
The dark lobby's own answer is its Android app — read what to check before you install it on the Cricway app page. If you just want a bet on tonight's match while the address sorts itself out, the yellow button leads to another company's cricket book, with its own sign-up and a first-deposit pack; your Cricway wallet stays untouched.
