To log in to Cricway, open the address where your account was made, tap Login at the top right and enter your username and password — the username you were given, not your phone number. The Cricway name sits on two different lobby screens, and an ID made on one is not shown to work on the other, so most failed logins are a correct password typed on the wrong screen.

How do I log in to Cricway?
On the dark Cricway lobby, Login opens a small window with two lines, Username and Password, a Forgot password link, a yellow Login button and a blue button for a demo ID. Four steps get you in:
- Check the address bar first. Open the exact address you signed up on and read it in the bar, not in the search result title.
- Tap Login, not Sign up. Sign up starts a fresh account with an empty balance.
- Type the username as it was issued. Exchange-style IDs often mix letters and digits, and capital letters count.
- Two wrong passwords — stop. Use Forgot password or the WhatsApp contact shown under the window instead of guessing a third time.
The demo ID button logs into a practice balance. If your money looks missing after login, check that you did not tap demo by mistake.
Which Cricway address is the right one?
The right address is the one your account came from. The name currently opens two lobby screens that look nothing alike:

If you were handed an ID by a person or a WhatsApp number, you are almost certainly on the white-header screen. If you made it yourself with Sign up, the dark one. The longer comparison, with the look-alike spellings to avoid, is on which Cricway address is yours.
Why does the Cricway login fail or not open?
- Wrong screen. The most common cause: an ID from the white-header lobby typed into the dark one, or the other way round.
- Phone number in the username line. The window asks for a username. A number works only if your ID really is that number.
- The address will not load on your network. The dark lobby shows its own pop-up asking you to install its Android app so that you avoid logging in on fake links. If you install, take the file only from the button inside the lobby you already use — not from a store listing that happens to carry the name. More on that on the Cricway app page.
- A page asks for more than a username and password. No login screen needs your UPI PIN, a card number or a bank OTP. Close it.
Is the Cricway app on Google Play?
No betting app is. The Google Play listing called Cricway is a lotus-logo puzzle game, and "CricWay — Live Scores & Line" in the App Store and on download sites is a cricket score app from a Noida company of the same name. Neither one knows your betting username. The Cricway games page maps what the casino side of the betting lobby holds.
